- Menzies Place involved the demolition of the existing ceilings, bluestone flooring, wall cladding and existing services to make way for the new upgrades including installation of new timber dowel ‘barrel vault’ ceilings, steel pelmets; mirror cladding; steel tenancy wall cladding; feature mosaic floor tiles; new feature lighting and fire services.
- The Level 2 Dining Hall involved the replacement of existing tiling, ceiling and wall finishes, joinery seating along with fixed and loose furniture. Significant increase in functional and feature lighting was installed as well as magnificent wall murals by two different artists.
